We had a lot of family visiting us, which we loved, and on Sunday a local Monroe paper ran an article about me. I got many visitors on my website and some emails from people that would like to come and view art in person. My little gallery is located at 703 Louisa St., Rayville, LA and doesn't have regular working hours yet, however there are people here most of them time as I share the space with a computer repair shop, which is located in the back of the building. This week we are putting in some track lighting, and I will start keeping the shop open one or two days a week. The rest of the time anyone can email me or call me 504-8132460 and make an appointment.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div> Here is a <a target="_blank" href="http://www.thenewsstar.com/article/20100704/LIFESTYLE/7020301/-1/NLETTER01/Richland-Expressions?source=nletter-news">link</a> to the article, if you would like to read the article. </div> Tue, 06 Jul 2010 18:56:42 CDT First Post <div>On a seemingly never-ending quest to find a perfect website layout, I think I have finally arrived at my destination. The child couldn't not understand where her face was, got bored with me a left. I just had to explain to her that its not finished yet. I guess I have been doing only representational work for so long that its unexpected for my family to see my work that doesn't actually look like my usual flowers and fruit.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I am also working on a painting of a swamp. I started with a very vague idea of color composition, wanting to experiment with something new, and&nbsp; the result doesn't quite look like what I had envisioned.&nbsp; I am continue, though. I think it has potential.&nbsp; <br /></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div> <br /></div> Tue, 22 Jun 2010 19:54:02 CDT Welcome! This is default blog post.
