Working one-on-one with Anya is immersive and concentrated. The depth of inquiry is significant, and integration can unfold quickly for those prepared to engage at this level.
Clients who have participated in the intensive often report clarity and breakthroughs not just in one area of their life, but across several, allowing them to move forward toward the life they want within a relatively short period of eight weeks.
ABOUT THE WORK
Sessions are long by design (most are in 2 hr blocks), allowing time to slow down, question assumptions, and let insight move beyond the intellectual level into embodiment and lived experience.
Sessions are a mix of coaching and teaching, depending on what best serves the client in the moment.
STRUCTURE AND CONTAINER
This intensive unfolds in the course of 8 weeks.
6 sessions (12 hrs)
2 hours per session
Held weekly
Integration phase:
2 follow-up sessions, 1 hour each.
All sessions are held on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST on Zoom.
BETWEEN-SESSION SUPPORT
This intensive includes email support between sessions.
You may also email reflections, questions, or brief descriptions of what you are noticing as the work unfolds. These messages help clarify insight and often inform the direction of our live sessions.
Emails are typically responded to within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.

The investment for this engagement is $2,500 USD.
